Tour Areas: Aduana, Puerta Isabel 2 Gate and Monument , Plaza Mexico, Manila Cathedral , Postal Museum and Library plus a free lecture on basic of stamp collecting among others….
*No fees collected , sponsored by Filipinas Stamp Collectors’ Club and Postal
Museum and Library ( free snacks to participants)
