Philippine Horticultural Society Incorporated, in partnership with the Quezon Memorial Circle administration , Quezon City government , Agri -Aqua Network Incorporated and other plant societies presents ” Gardening with a Heart ” .
The show will run from February 1 to February 6, 2013 . Exclusive opening will be held on January 31,2013 which is exclusive for members, invited guests , vips, media and writers.
The venue of the event is the Charito Planas Garden . Entrance Fees is Php 20 for the general public, Php 10 for students , senior citizens and government employees.

Highlights of this yearly show are the daily lectures/ seminars, on the spot painting contest for elementary and high school students, urban gardening , flower arrangement competitions, story telling, dish gardening competitions, medicinal plant gift giving , landscape exhibition and individual plant competition.

1 – Bachelor degree in Agricultural major speciality in landscaping field is a plus.
2- Must have 2-5 experiences in landscaping field as a project manager.
Job Description
1. Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting project objectives, and directing the work of subordinate employees.
2. Evaluate and verifies supervisor performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques.
3. Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work.
4. Plans, organizes, and supervises the development and preparation of landscape construction plans, specifications, estimates, and other contract documents.
5. Reviews and makes recommendations concerning landscape architecture and design, and makes final decisions about the design of specific projects.
6. Oversees and conducts field inspections prior to finalization of landscape plans and as landscape projects progress to determine compliance with regulations and specifications.
7. Organize and co ordinate the agricultural engineers and supervisors.
8. Prepare plan, design and cost estimate on park , garden and greenhouse construction.
9. Provide suggestion and assistance on different technology on agriculture , livestock and horticulture.
KEY SKILLS & CAPABILITIES :-
1. Ability to manage and control 200 -300 employees.
2. Knowledge of AutoCAD , 3D Animation , Microsoft Applications.
10 PROJECT SUPERVISORS:

Requirements:
1 – Bachelor degree or diploma in Botany or Agricultural majorspecialityin landscaping field is a plus.
2- Must have 2-4 experiences in landscaping field as a supervisor.
Job Description
A. pest and plant diseases identification and treatment.
B. Construction and maintenance of the garden and planting of the plants and support the beautification works.
C.Planting and maintenance of palm trees ,providing fertilizers ratio ,post harvest technology of dates
D. Explain to workers how to design the plants, garden, trees.
E.Providing water pipeline and electrification throughout the project.
F. Looking over the employees’ daily performance and making sure that they are up to task with their duties.
G. to determine where to lay sod, sow grass, or plant flowers and foliage.
H.The supervisor usually handles work assignments, timekeeping and problem solving.
I. Explain and guide employees how to cultivate various plants.
