The Philippine Orchid Society’s 67th Annual Orchid and Garden Show be held from February 28 to March 11, 2013. The show is in cooperation with Quezon City government , Quezon Memorial Circle with media partners Manila Bulletin , Agriculture magazine , Philippine Star , Philippine Daily Inquirer and PTV channel 4 .
Venue: Hardin ng mga Bulaklak, Quezon Memorial Circle ,  Quezon City near Max’s / Serye Restaurant .
This is the first of the two orchid shows that the Philippine Orchid Society will be hosting for 2013 , World-renown orchid Dendrobium anosmum aka locally known as “sanggumay ” , Phalaenopsis and other native orchids which bloom during this time of the year are exhibited.

Other highlights of this event is the orchid and ornamental landscape competition , individual orchid and ornamental plant competition. flower arrangement competition , daily lectures and seminars are being conducted by the industry top experts , practitioners and academe .

school and university educational field trips and special guided tours upon special appointments and arrangement can be secured .

Mr. Lawrence Chan– lifetime member , orchid plant enthusiast , writer and blogger will conduct a guided tour for photographers , bloggers, writers and students on March 2, 2013 saturday from 8:30 am to past 12noon. details to follow .

( entrance fee based from last orchid show Php 30 pesos for general public and Php 20 pesos for student with valid ID’s , and senior citizen )
