Prime Event Productions organizer of four ( 4 ) Male pageants in the Philippines . The winners of the local pageant will have a chance to represent the country in various  international pageant slated this year.

PO2 Mariano Flormata Jr. is also known as Mr. Niel Perez (screen name).

Candidates:

The police offer went to the candidate screening at Fishermall in Quezon City. When I was chosen, I told my boss (Chief Supt. Christopher Laxa) about it. He was surprised but very supportive since I wasn’t doing anything bad,” Flormata said.  He was among the lucky 26 contestant of the pageant to be short listed as official candidates. A friend encourage him to try his luck at the initial screening .

Police Officer:

He has advocated a healthy lifestyle. He works out practically every day since he is required to be fit as a then-member of the Avsegroup’s special reaction team. He is a Criminology graduate from the Manuel L. Quezon University then he  joined the PNP in 2008. He has earned 13 medals for showing excellence in responding to disaster and civil disobedience.

I think it is not common for a PNP officer or men in uniform joining a male pageant or even a body building event. I think it is part of their daily regimen to exercise . They always face the public and must be neat and courteous .

Dream :

Mr. Formata ‘s childhood dream is to become a policeman , just like his father . As a technician at the Avsegroup, Flormata responds to bomb threats at Ninoy Aquino International Airport, where he is detailed.

Modelling Jobs:

The 1.8-meter-tall (5-foot-11) Flormata will represent the PNP and Tondo, Manila, where he grew up. His photos had been making waves in a lot of social media networks , forum sites and there are some modelling companies which are contacting him for possible modelling projects.

 International Pageant:

The winners will represent the country in four  ( 4 ) major titles are at stake for this year’s competition, Mister International Philippines, Mister Model International Philippines, Mister Tourism International Philippines, and Mister Global Philippines.

The date of the national final is set on September 7, 2014 at the Grand Theater of the University of Makati,  Makati City .
