Winners of the On the Spot Painting Contest at the Philippine Orchid Society’s 69th Mid-Year Orchid Show

An on- the- spot painting contest was held last September 1, 2015 at the Hardin ng mga Bulaklak ( Flower Garden ) at the ongoing 69th Mid-Year Orchid and Garden Show .

It was one of the special events feature of garden show that the Philippine Orchid Society is hosting.

Most of the participants were students and even professional fine arts instructor from the University of the Philippines – Diliman, There were also some participants by the members of the society.

There was an on the spot painting contest held last Flora Filipina 2015 at the same venue using Chinese calligraphy style .

Special Prize -4th Place – Ms. Nichole Fernandez

Special Prize -4th Place -Ms. Gelli Anne Nonato

Third Place- Ms. Arriane Fresno

Second Place – Ms. Christelle Tolentino

First Place: Mr. Rujeno Soringa

The Winners were awarded Cash Prize of Php 3,000 ( First Place ) Php 2,000 ( Second Place ) and Php 1,000 ( Third )
