It was a sunny sunday morning at the Philippine Horticultural Society , when members , invited guests and the general public went to attend a FREE lecture by well-known horticulturist, columnist and agricultural chemist Mr. Ray Ong .

There were more than 60 participants who attended the FREE lecture . We also met an old couple from DEPARO , Caloocan who  came a little bit late .  The participants were also delighted that biscuits, candies , puto calasiao ( courtesy of Mr. Mac Pagsolingan ) , 3 in 1 coffee mix and turon were sponsored by the members of the Philippine Horticultural Society .

The lecture started at around past 10:00am and finished past 4:00pm . Aside from the lectures and free snacks. Participants were also given some ferns , lotus seeds , papaya seeds for propagation.
