220 Tomas Morato Avenue, near corner Dr. Lazcano st., Brgy Sacred Heart, Quezon City
Whenever we are around Tomas Morato area in Quezon City, there is one place where eat-all-you-can breakfast buffet. Finio Cafe and Restaurant is one of the cheapest buffet place you can find along Tomas Morato Avenue.
Fino restaurant
This is my fourth time to eat in this place . We arrived past 7: 30 am with light rains after a short drive from Sienna College .
The restaurant usually serve their breakfast by 6:30 am and until past 10:30 am everyday . They also change their breakfast buffet menu everyday , so one can enjoy hearty Filipino breakfast buffet .
dining area
The place is jam-packed with a lot of people from students, hospital employees , joggers and regular patrons like us. The area is quite spacious and there were about 50 people at the time we took our buffet breakfast ( place can accommodate up to 100 to 120 ) .
breakfast buffet menu
breakfast buffet consists of fried garlic rice , poached egg , hotdog red , brown sausage pancit bihon , pandesal , champorado , misua soup , pork giniling , tuyo ( dried fish ) . There is also a choice of bottomless powdered chocolate , powdered orange juice and coffee .
champorado and misua soup
My personal tip for those planning to bring their families or friends to dine at the restaurant is to call or make any reservations before hand , especially on weekends. It is much easier for small group to just walk-in especially during weekdays . But there are times that you need to ques for line.
red hotdog and sausage
The choice is better compared to commercial fast food restaurants which offers limited menus. After an hour or so of eating , We paid the cashier and left the restaurant.
pork giniling with potatoes and carrots ( menudo style) , pancit bihon
The downturn for its customers is there is not adequate parking area . We had to park our car at the nearby establishment .
Note: This breakfast menu buffet is valid only for today and there are slight changes on their breakfast menu everyday.
