Cafe Arabelle opened its doors to the public in 2015 , Most of the menus are Italian inspired , Intercontinental and Filipinos dishes . The interior is very rustic with live green plants , machuca tiles , wooden tables and chairs in natural colors adds beauty to its rustic old world charm.

Café Arabelle was named after the daughter of the owners. The proprietor and manager was there to give us a brief on the restaurant’s concept and food.

The menu board offers American, Italian -inspired , Intercontinental dishes and give them their own twist to make it suitable for the Filipino taste. They were also one of the first restaurant at Solenad to offer buffet promos. Sitting capacity inside was between 50 to 60 persons with additional 20 more outside .

Grilled Pancetta is simply cured grilled bacon and wrapped in asparagus ( Italian version ). The focus is really on how this happens. This can be done simply with salt, but spices and other seasonings were added to infuse the pancetta with particular flavors. Vegetables such as asparagus , carrots add colors and additional flavor to the dish
buffalo pizza
Buffalo pizza is thin crust with the usual toppings of chopped onions, beefs , sliced red and green bell pepper , ham and cheese. Perfect with tomato ketchup or hot sauce. MUST TRY
ribs with carrots , corn and beans
Arabelle’s Barbecue Marinated Ribs were nicely marinated and the meat is tender. There is also side dish of vegetables of beans, corn kernel bits , sliced carrots and finely chopped parsley and seasonings. The sauce was tangy and sweet . MUST TRY
Arabelle’s creamy mushroom pasta
Creamy Mushroom Pasta had a creamy sauce which is like carbonara . This comes with egg , bacon, mushroom and cheese as toppings.

Seafood Pasta Marinara was also good with green mussels ( tahong ) , squid rings ,shrimps and with parmesan cheese toppings . MUST TRY
Arabelle’s special salad with mango dressing
We would recommend for sharing are the Buffalo Pizza ,Marinated Ribs, Arabelle’s Special which had a mango dressing that taste similar to a popular ice cream brand in the market .
The restaurant also had a nice selections of Frappes, Juices ,Shakes, Ice Blend and Desserts.
During weekends, they offer buffet brunches at Php499 per head.
