Bonsai and Suiseki Alliance of the Philippines in partnership with Quezon City government , Quezon City Memorial Circle management , Department of Tourism presents to the gardening public the 2nd International Bonsai Arts and Culture Biennale and the 2nd International Penjing Creation Conference from July 22 to 25, 2017 .
There will be competition , conference and trade show which will coincide with this event.
