The beef salad had Thai ingredients and flavors infused with the dish. We arrived past 7:00pm and ended our buffet meal past 9:30pm . We also met a family from Kalentong and they enjoyed the dishes served at the buffet section.

Another MUST try are the organic lechon which had a crispy skin and well marinated.
