There are several stunning ornamental plant exhibits at the 71st mid-year orchid and garden show organized by the Philippine Orchid Society.

The big winners of the ornamental plant landscape competition included perennial winners Mr Manuel and Mrs. Susan Lee of Lee’s Bonsai Haven. The ” Best Ornamental Plant of the Show” a type of ficus also won first place.
They included their prized collection of bonsai and other fixtures.

Mr. Rommel Perez’s vertical landscape and miniature zen garden with bonsai garnered second place.

Mr. Noel ” Botchie” Canicula
third place winner is the tandem of Mr. Noel ” Botchie” Canicula and Mr. Jayvee Agustin ( Concrete Jungle).
The tandem also won the following awards:
Best foliage –Alpina rugosa
Best Aroid/1st place – Alocasia nycteris
1st place Philodendron Patriceae
1st place Aglaonema Vangie Go
2nd Place Aglaonema hybrid
3rd Place Aglaonema snow white
3rd Place Anthurium hookerii variegated
