Philippine Postal Corporation ( PHLPOST ) will be issuing a limited Historycon 2018 first day cover with special stamp featuring automobiles ( Presidential cars) that were used by Philippine Presidents.
The stamp launching will be held at the World Trade Center on August 10, 2018 and will also coincide with ” National History Month ” this coming August.
