Halo-halo had all the usual ingredients like the minatamis na saba among others, the shave ice is comparable to other commercial halo-halo restaurants in Metro Manila. What makes this special is the ingenious way of adding their kesong puti as topping.

Ms. Lani Buencamino is also a science teacher and proprietor of Sweet Bulakeny Among the well-known products includes their empanada with kesong puti, macaroons, chicharon among others.

Marami na ring nag-eksperimento ng iba’t ibang lahok sa halo-halo (e.g. Kabigting’s pastillas halo-halo, Razon’s, etc.), but kesong puti? Sounds interesting to me! 🙂
Hello, Monch Weller- ( both Teresita’s and Razon’s) too sweet for my taste. Same with Kabigting- Pastillas is not the sole monopoly of San Miguel, Bulacan but is also made in Nueva Ecija, Nueva Viscaya, Pampanga and other Central Luzon province.
May punto po kayo diyan. Usually, pastillas is made from carabao milk and maraming kalabaw na nanginginain sa mga kapatagan ng Central Luzon.
