Simple Yoga Etiquette

What is YOGA?

Yoga had been around for thousands of years and there there is a growing movement in the country for this type of classes. It is also a spiritual, ascetic discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, adoption of specific bodily postures and is widely practiced for health and relaxation.

Vinyasa yoga has so much to do with improving circulation and alleviating congestion in the organs. Breathing is through the nose. For each movement, there is a breath. It is okey for new students to experience some difficulties controlling his/ her breath.

A short 30-minutes Vinyasa session which is defined as an intelligent sequence of postures, but most people equate it with the ability to sweat and release tensions.

Yin Yoga session by Teacher Del Lopez Baños held a 15 minutes session which which designed to help you sit longer, more comfortably in meditation by stretching connective tissue around the joints. This is also good point for stretching one’s muscles . This is a good routine for people to improve their stamina and their ability to endure long distance running.

This can also awaken one’s dormant energy and built strong chi.
