The Filipino- Chinese community together with several artists group, students and professionals were in full force at the ground floor of the Federation of Filipino-Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Inc. Building located at Muelle de Binondo, Binondo, Manila.
The celebration theme is ” Spring Festival Culture and Art Exhibition” featured several artists, students, professional ones. This also coincide the arrival of spring and Chinese New Year.
Federation of Chinese-Filipino Chamber of Commerce and Industry officers, invited guests, members of different art associations and schools.

There are no entrance fees at the exhibition which is open from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, the art and calligraphy exhibit will run until January 28, 2019.
