Philippine Postal Corporation will be issuing Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray special stamps which coincide her arrival and grand homecoming parade later this week.
The stamps and first day cover will be issued this coming February 27, 2019. This was posted at Pilipinas Philately FB page few days ago.
