We tried using PhOligo for about a week and it is compatible in powdered juice, soup, macaroni soups, fried chicken. lugaw, kaldereta and chopseuy. It does not affect the taste and mixes well.  In some instance, adding just 1 pack even enhances the taste of the soup even fried chicken. We just add 1 PhOligo powder mixture over the fried chicken batter (1 kilo). We did not find it affected the taste of the food.

My cousin which would normally take a poop at least 3 to 4 times a week, but after taking food mixed PhOligo, He would have it at least one a day and would also sleep longer by at least 1 hour longer than the usual. ( Same story in my case).
