Citimall-Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX) is the gateway in the north, which is located within Concepcion, Tarlac province. We took the chance to buy some snack items and roam around the mall.
The place is large but the only downturn was the flies and some insects inside the mall. According to the employees, there were large numbers of poultry and farms near the mall.

The group wanted to have a short afternoon snack in one of the restaurant inside the mall, but we decided to eat somewhere.
Mayat Malagu – Tarlac’s Finest
There were some products, plants, home decor and Christmas lantern for sale at the exhibit area.
clock and home decor for sale
What is good about the trade exhibit was it was free without any entrance for the general public.
potteries, plants and home decor items
Christmas lanterns ( parols) made from capiz shells and dress
bottled chili paste, gourmet tuyo, gourmet tinapa
papaya vinegar, chili paste, chili oil
potteries, fountain and lantern
furniture and display items
There was an area for pre-loved items from Japanese and Korean surplus stores. But price wise, i think some of the prices are overrated compared to some of the surplus stores that i have visited in Metro Manila.
We hope that the mall management should start addressing the flies and insect problem.
