Big Discount Sale of ornamental plants, flowering plants, indoor plants and hanging plants in 17 Dimasalang street, Real Village in Philvirra Homes along Road 20, Barangay Tandang Sora near Project 8 in Quezon City.

The big sale coincided with double nine 9.9 promo by the owner. The sale started on September 6 and ends on September 9, 2020.

Plants on sale starts at Php 9.00 includes 3 to 4 inch establish (Coleus blumei) hybrids or locally known as mayana, Aglaonema Marian. Php 19.00 for (Pedilanthus tithymaloides )or (Euphorbia tithymaloides) commonly called Christmas candles, devil’s backbone, redbird cactus, zigzag plant, Agalaonema hybrids, crotons or san francisco, Philodendrons and Tradescantia zebrina or wandering jew.

They also have some ti-plants/ cordyline, caladiums, sansevieria, Billbergia pyramidalis and other cheap house plants.

It is also good to be early during the big rush, some freebies were given by the gracious seller for being the earliest bird among buyer.

Delightful Ichika Sushi House Dishes

Ichika Sushi House is located along Katipunan Avenue within Goodwill Homes 1 in Barangay San Bartolome, Novaliches, Quezon City.

Blessing and soft opening happened around past 1:00 pm on September 8 with residents, neighbors, bloggers ordering some well loved sushi and rice bowl meals at the establishment.

The restaurant sitting capacity in the ground floor is between 10 to 12 people at any given time, provided they complied with the IATF rules on social distancing and general community quarantine guidelines. The second floor had a sitting capacity of between 12 to 15 people at any given time.

Among their all favorite includes California Maki, Creamy Crab Roll, Tuna Roll, Salmon Sahimi, Philadelphia Roll, Shomei Roll, Kani Sushi. Their rice bowl meals includes Chicken Teriyaki, Torikatsu, Tonkatsu, Katsudon, Beef Yakiniku, Gyudon and Tori Katsudon.

Since it was their soft opening, customers are given 1 free drink and 10% discount for dine-in transaction from September 8 to 14, 2020 . They are also planning to add their menu to include shrimp tempura and other well-loved Japanese dishes.
