National Teacher’s Month Celebration with PHLPOST, urges student to write via online

Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPost) invites all students to join the “Dear Teacher” online letter writing contest to express their gratitude to their beloved teachers.

The project is in cooperation with the Department of Education (DepEd) and Metrobank Foundation Inc., Philippine Postal Corporation‘s ” Salamat Po Letter Writing Advocacy Program” encourages students to recognize their teachers through the art of letter-writing in celebration of “National Teachers’ Month” which falls every September.

According to PHLPost, even during the pandemic period, they are doing this annual letter writing contest via online to effectively promote and appreciate the hardwork and sacrifices of our teachers in molding the students to become better persons in society.

Students shall compose a short, one-page handwritten letters expressing their gratitude to their beloved teachers.

Participants shall photograph their letters, post it on Facebook and tag Facebook page @salamatpoletterwriting or may email at: salamatpo.phlpost@gmail.com.

Winners with the best handwritten letters will be selected, to receive a special prize from PHLPost and partner agencies.

Plant Pockets Bazaar at SM North

Plant lovers,enthusiasts, plantito, plantitas, halamamoms, plantiquarians will surely visit the sky garden bridgeway 1 and 2 area of SM North EDSA in Quezon City.

The mini-plant bazaar will showcase some indoor plants, pots, plant stand, plastic decor, fertilizer and gardening tools.

The plant bazaar was organize by Creative Events and Exhibit Management by Joann and John Fuentebella, City Events Manila by Jov Flores.

Safety protocols set by IATF, Quezon City local government and by SM North EDSA management ensure that buyers and visitors to the plant bazaar area have an ample distancing.

Exhibitors included Pinky Spikes carrying Arids and Aroid plants, Kraft Nanay Planters Philippines Gerry’s Garden and Waterfalls, Airplantita Manila, Masitera.

Plant pockets is from September 11 and will run until September 27, 2020. Mall hours.
