Let’s celebrate our 119th Independence Day Weekend At the first ÄRT MÖD Fair 2017 . Experience the freedom of art in multiple forms from June 9 (friday) to June 11 (sunday) , 10 AM – 7 PM at the Megatrade Hall 2, SM Megamall, Mandaluyong City.

ÄRT MÖD Fair 2017 provides art enthusiasts, students, mall shoppers and the
general public a convenient and comfortable venue to experience and appreciate
modern art like paintings, prints, photography, sculpture, mixed media and digital art.

MÖD Fair 2017 gathers a host of both established and upcoming visual artists like

Michelline Syjuco, Ronnie Lim, Andy Malluche, Luna Arguelles, Alfred Gallura,
Elaine Herbosa, Miguel Buhay, Pilar Quiros, JV Calanoc, Noemi Concepcion, Sky de
Leon, Ralph William Villaluz, Emmanuel Mendoza, Allan Sison, Norlie Meimban,
Maia Magpantay with the collections of William Borja and Myla Roque and
participating galleries like Larc En Ciel; Arte Pintura; Transwing; Happy Art;
Saturday Group headed by Buds Convocar; FDAP and FEATI University together
under one roof.

Visitors are treated to a variety of activities during this 3-day event that inspires
creativity and spurs understanding of art and its processes. Listen and learn through talks by renowned artists like Inka Madera, Liz Lanuzo, John Paul “Lakan” Oliveros and Toym Imao, as they convey priceless insight and new ideas in their fields. Take part in various demos; drawing and painting sessions; and learn Nude Sketching from professionals.

9th Alay Sining Art Exhibit by Rotary Club of Makati

 The 9th annual Alay Sining is run under the auspices of the Gift of Life International which arranges funding for the treatment of children with congenital heart ailments. It has brought aid to over 18,000 children of indigent families in 71 emerging countries. Alay Sining is a noteworthy example of partnership between the artists who have supported the drive, and RCMW that has successfully benefited children and help them lead normal lives.

Among the artists whose works will be on exhibit and sale in this year’s Alay Sining 9 are Abel Agubang, Jinggoy Buensuceso, Glenn Kagandahan, Kenneth Cobonpue, Jojit Nagamos, Jaime Nepomuceno and other leading and up-and-coming artists. Two of Alay Sining’s beneficiares, Maranathalie Balitaon and Rogin de Pedro (2nd and 3rd from left), grace the art exhibit sale launch with Alay Sining president Paolo Delgado, RCMW past president Lou del Rosario,  and participating artists Nepomuceno and Sam Penaso.

There are different kinds of art works from paintings, sculpture , glass works among others, remember that for every time one purchase an art work , they can help save lives.

ART WITH A HEART.  Art can save lives and this has been proven by the Rotary Club of Makati West (RCMW) as it launches its annual charity art sale on November 11-13, 2016 at The Gallery, Greenbelt 5 in Makati City.

The Art Exhibit in celebration of 150 Birth Anniversary of Gat Andres Bonifacio was launched a few hours ago in cooperation with group of artists ,  descendants of Gat Andres Bonifacio, Manila Cityhall, Museo ng Maynila, Manila Cultural and Heritage Bureau  and volunteers of Bahay Nakpil- Bautista in Quiapo.

This are series of events that highlight the 150th birth anniversary of Manila’s greatest son and hero. The art exhibit will be until November 29, 2013.

Mr. Jheremie Lois B. Salalima is a High School student from the University of the East – He used different kinds of mix media like glue gun, acrylic  for his art work . He started his passion in painting since he was in grade 5 .
