Chinese calligraphy experts, enthusiasts, students were treated to one day demonstration and art exhibit at the exhibition hall of the Federation of Filipino-Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Muelle de Binondo street in Binondo, Manila.

The one day event was well-attended, teachers, students from well-known Filipino-Chinese schools like Saint Jude Catholic School, Saint Stephen, Philippine Cultural College, Hope Christian School, Grace Christian College among others were on hand at the opening.

There were also a mini-bonsai exhibit from the personal collection of Master Chua Hu Hua– who is also a bonsai artist.
To cap the opening of calligraphy exhibition, a sumptuous lunch buffet was also prepared by the organizers.
