Chocolate Festival in East Wood

2nd Chocolate Festival from September 7-9 at the Eastwood Mall Atrium, East Wood, Libis, Quezon City

A showcase bazaar with everything to do about chocolates will be held throughout the event. From books on chocolates, chocolates to eat, tours to the Chocolate Hills and other chocolate surprises, they can all be found here.
 On September 7, Friday, there will be expert guest chefs showing their creativity by creating chocolate sculptures for our eyes to feast on.
September 8’s activities include a cooking demo, Make-up 101 (learning to put make-up using the shades of a chocolate rainbow) and a talk on the Benefit of Chocolate for your skin. On our last day, September 9, celebrity chef, Chef Laudico, will hold a cooking workshop on Pralines and Chocolates.

On October 12, the following activities are lined up in celebration of Quezon City’s 70th Founding Anniversary:

Quezon City officials led by Mayor Sonny Belmonte, Vice- Mayor Herbert Bautista and Postmaster General Mr. Hector Villanueva led the unveiling ceremonies

4 commemorative Quezon City stamps depicted  -Manuel L. Quezon and Quezon Memorial Circle, Quezon Cityhall, Araneta Coliseum , East Wood in Libis a new technology and business development outsourcing area.

  1. Flag Raising Ceremony at QC Hall grounds
  2. Mayor’s speech on the 70th Anniversary celebration

  5. Blessing of twin tower buildings

Afternoon

  1. Games and activities for barangays (open to all, including QC employees) at QMC
  2. Concert night at QMC, with live band
  3. Fireworks display
