Centenary of Philippine Cinema Commemorated by PHLPOST

Film Development Council of the Philippines celebrates 100 Years of Philippine Cinema with a special commemorative stamps issued by Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPOST) featuring the “Father of Philippine Movies” Jose Nepomuceno.

The stamps and souvenir sheet was officially unveiled on September 12 during the Sine Sandaan celebration.

The stamps were presented by FDCP Chairperson Liza-Diño Seguerra, Department of Tourism Assistant Secretary Roberto Alabado III, ABS-CBN COO of Broadcast Cory Vidanes, Director Laurenti Dyogi and PHLPost Business Lines Manager Maximo Sta. Maria, III.
