Biggest Fan Meet at Toy ConPOPLIFE Fanx 2019

 TOYCON POPLIFE FANX 2019, the biggest and longest-running pop culture event in Asia and the entire country is set from June 28 to 30, 2019.  The Convention will be held at the iconic SMX Convention Center , Pasay City within Metro Manila.

This year Toy Convention PH is taking on a global stage with bigger attractions, more local and international guests, and the best Fan experience ever! With the biggest collections of comics, toys, designer toys and collectibles all under one roof. With more than 300 sellers and exhibitors in retail section.

There will be a lot of activities, meet and greet, cosplay, games, toy auction, comic artists and toy exhibitors at the convention.

Between 50,000 to 100,000 participants are expected to visit the convention .

The biggest names in art and toy design converge in this year’s TOYCON 2019, headlined by the godfather of street art and art toy legend, Ron English!

Experience Reptile X 2019

Experience Reptile X 2019 was organized by Congo Charlie and in partnership with AyalaMalls Cloverleaf is a two day educational exhibition of reptiles, amphibians, small mammals, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, pit bulls, rats, love birds, siamese fighting fish, budgerigars among others from June 8 and 9 from 12:00 noon to 8:00 pm at Ayala Malls Cloverleaf in Balintawak, Quezon City.

Other clubs includes Philippine Lapine Club Incorporated, Congo Charlie, Philippine Hamsters Owners Society (PHOS), Juan Love Pet Store are just some of the participants at the two day exhibition. There were over 30 different small pet organizations and clubs that will join the upcoming exhibition.

There will be some talks about reptiles and small mammals from experts in the industry . Unlike other exhibits, there is no fees.

Spectacular Bonsai Displays at Sanib Pwersa at SM North

Spectacular bonsai, natural stones, ikebana arrangement greeted members, visitors, guests of Sanib Pwersa exhibit held at SM North,The Block in Quezon City.

This was thru the efforts of three major plant organizations in the country. The Philippine Bonsai Society Inc., Natural Stone Society of the Philippines and Ikenobo Ikebana Manila number 67.

Celosia cristata  was used in this flower arrangement.  It is called cockscomb flower since the shape and color flower looks like the rooster head.

The Gentle Walk of the Giant

natural stones exhibited by Architect Jesus Galahad “Bimbo”  Vergara which won “Gold ” award .  The exhibit was entitled ” The Gentle Walk of the Giant” because the the pattern and unique shape of the stone.

Pong Pagong Knockout

Another big winner is Mrs. Norma K. Villanueva. Her exhibit entitled “Pong Pagong Knockout” won “Gold” award. The natural stone looked like a sea turtle in resting mode.

There were also free public lectures from the industry leaders and it held for free.

Team Titans Jollibee Kiddie Meal Set

Jollibee kiddie meal- Teen Titans Go characters is simply  a great addition to the movie/ cartoon character theme toys issued by Jollibee. The five toys, each one representing the heroes of Teen Titans. Each toy had a distinct features to show case.

Beast Boy comes with a mask and is about 2.75 inches or around 7 cm. Each toy comes with a platform.

Star Fire is about 3.25 inch tall and her eyes can glow , One can press the button and watch her jump.

Robin is about 3.25 inch tall character which can stand alone even without a stand. There are 3 yellow disc. Press the button and watch Robin shoot one disc at a time.

Raven is the fourth character with purple mask and her cape can move.

Cyborg is another character with his own platform. This toy comes with detachable tool.

The only set back is the the toys comes in small package and children below 3 years-old must have adult supervision when they are playing with the toys.

The toys was issued few days ago and is available in all Jollibee restaurant nationwide.
