The younger brother of Iglesia ni Cristo executive minister Eduardo Manalo,  Ka Felix Nathaniel ” Angel ” Manalo seeks help to their members and followers : ‘Nananawagan po kami sa inyo dahil nanganganib po ang aming buhay. Sana’y matulungan niyo po kami.’

Introducing herself as Ka Tenny Manalo – as the widow of Ka Erdy Manalo who led the INC for 46 years, Tenny pleads, “Ako’y nananawagan sa aming mga kapatid sa Iglesia na tulungan ninyo kami dahil may panganib sa aming buhay. Saklolohan niyo ang aking mga anak, si Angel at Lottie at ang kanilang mga kasama. Tulungan niyo rin ang mga ministro na dinukot at hanggang ngayon ay hindi pa nakikita. Kaawaan natin sila at ang kanilang pamilya.”

Iglesia ni Cristo 100th anniversary stamp

The Philippine Postal Corporation (‪#‎PHLPost‬) has issued a stamp featuring Iglesia ni Cristo (‪#‎INC‬) founder Felix Manalo (1886-1963) , in commemoration of its Centennial Founding Anniversary.

First Day Cover

The stamp features the INC centennial logo and the Central Temple along Quezon City’s Commonwealth Avenue, PHLPost said has produced 1.2 million pieces of this stamp in P10 denomination and 20 Pesos for Official First day Cover.

Design provided by Mr. Bienvenido Santiago Jr, of INC and was provided by Mr. Vic Serevo of Philpost Design Department . The stamp measures 50 mm x 35 mm, making it the first stamp to be printed larger than the regular 40 mm x 30 mm stamp size.

Earlier this year  , Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas or BSP also issued a Php 100 pesos with overprint of the special centennial INC logo. Tomorrow a special program will be held at the Iglesia ni Cristo in Quezon City .

Iglesia ni Cristo founder on stamps

Special stamp  issue of Ka Eraño G. Manalo-Memorial stamps

The Philippine Postal Corporation is coming up with Mr. Eraño G. Manalo–Iglesia Ni Cristo (INC) stamps which will be issued on April 23, 2010. It is classified as a “Special” kind of issue with a denomination of P 7.00 and quantity of 100,000 pieces.

Mr.Eraño de Guzman Manalo (January 2, 1925 – August 31, 2009), who is also known as Ka Erdy, was the second Executive Minister of the Iglesia ni Cristo, serving from 1963 until 2009. He took over the administration of the church after the death of his father, Felix Manalo, in 1963. He was instrumental in the propagation and expansion of the church internationally. He previously held office as the General Treasurer of the church, and as a District Minister of Manila. Manalo passed away on August 31, 2009 at the age of 84.
