Philippine Native Plants Conservation Society, Inc. (PNPCSI) will hold its fifth international symposium on November 14â15, 2019 at the University of Santo Tomas (UST), España, Manila. The symposium theme is âFighting for Philippine Native Flora: Victories, Challenges and Future Directionsâ.
5th international symposium
Among this year’s highlight includes Botanical Arts Society exhibit, Tree Walks , Environmental Awareness, Mr. Leonardo Co death anniversary are some of the activities at the symposium.
There will be between 250 to 270 participants from different sectors of the society which includes students, volunteers, environmental advocates, heritage groups, academe, artists, architects, government agencies, international delegates and other affiliate group. Do not forget to sign-up and join this worthwhile project.
There will be table bourse which will sell different books, memorabilia items, t-shirts, tote bags for those interested.
This symposium is co-presented by University of Santo Tomas, USAID, BINHI and EDC.
Philippine Native Plant Conservation Society
PNPCSI is a non-stock, non-profit organization formed to contribute to Philippine native plant research
and conservation by conducting scientific research; providing technical assistance; training and student mentorship; promoting the use of native plants in landscaping and reforestation; and increasing public awareness for the conservation of botanic resources in the country.

items.
