The stall usually opens past 3 :00 pm or 4:00 pm during the first few months of their operations and some clienteles from nearby subdivisions like San Pedro IX subdivision, Goodwill Homes 1, Kasiyahan Village , Grand Monaco Villas and El Pueblo condominium are clamoring for earlier opening time.

Our group chance upon a 3 day promo from February 27 to March 1, 2021 had a BUY 1 Take 1 Promo of the large size bubble milk teas. We ordered Winter Melon Tea ( medium) for Php 55.00, Taro ( medium ) for Php 55, While Rabbit (medium) for Php 55.00 and cucumber honey lemon with chia seeds ( medium) for Php 70.00 per order.

It is also good that they can adjust the sweetness of their milk teas, One can adjust the level of the sugar syrup from 10% or more.

OTeaHamaru Stall Opens at Kingspoint Subdivision

OTeaHamaru milktea and takoyaki stall within Kingspoint subdivision had their soft opening late November 2020.

OTeaHamaru started with their milk teas and started their operation way back in 2014. They have stalls in Robinson’s-Novaliches, Lagro and Quezon City.

The stall used to be a laundry shop then plastic home ware seller before it was rented out by the current occupant.

Robinson’s- Novaliches stall had since closed their door and move to Kingspoint Subdivision, Barangay Bagbag in which the proprietor resides.

When we visited their stall, OTeaHamaru had their buy 1 take 1 promo of their Taro milk tea for just Php 70.00. We requested the stall attendant to just use 10% syrup to avoid the overly sweet taste of the taro milk tea. Unfortunately, this does not come with tapioca ball or sago toppings.

They also have takoyaki sold for Php 50 -6 pieces, Php 200 -24 pieces within following weeks to come they are planning to offer okonomiyaki and other specialties.

When we visited the stall, some of the menu listed are not available and according to the sales staff, It will take weeks before they can offer the entire menu set.

El Pueblo One condominium

The proprietor decided to open a stall along King Christian corner King Ferdinand street near the famed El Pueblo One condominium, within Kingspoint subdivision and just within 1 kilometer away from San Pedro IX, Kasiyahan Village, Gran Monaco Villas located in Barangay Bagbag.

There is no time frame for the in-house promo, so one can enjoy their milk teas, fruit teas and other in-house blends. There is also an ample parking space just beside the shop. For a just a few bucks, one can request for add-ons.

Honeyrhaine Coffee Shop

Honeyrhaine opened around early part of May 2018 and caters not only to the residents of Goodwill Homes 1, But also in adjacent Kingspoint Subdivision, Kasiyahan Town homes, Gran Monaco Villas, San Pedro IX subdivision in Barangay Bagbag, Novaliches, Quezon City.

The store remain partially opened during the entire Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) period from March 15 to May 31, 2010. They usually serve only take outs during the time period.

what we liked about their milk tea, coffee, frappe and tea is that one can customized the sweetness according to their preferences. I would prefer 15% syrup but my nephew would like 25% sweetness. They would but at least once a week at this shop.

Some of their customers would come as far as California Village, Sierra Vista, Torres Village, Holy Cross, Barangay Nagkaisang Nayon, Vista Verde and Barangay Caybiga in Northern Caloocan.

The place had been getting a lot of accolades from foodies, milk tea aficionados and a hang-out place for students before the pandemic lock down crippled most of the business.

The stall also sells Happy Haus Donuts which one can bring home and enjoy together with the family.

I Love Milk Tea within Goodwill Homes 1, Barangay San Bartolome, Novaliches in Quezon City had their in-house promo since last May 1, 2020. They are celebrating their second anniversary with a large discount on their well-loved milk teas.

The milk tea business is owned by I Love Milktea Inc. They are around for more than 7 years with at least 40 branches and franchises all over the country, the shop is able to provide quality, affordable, good-tasting milk tea without breaking the bank.

Some of our neighbors,friends, nieces and nephews would buy their milk teas at regular basis between two or three times a week. During the Enhance Community Quarantine ( ECQ) period, they are open on a limited capacity and take -out only.

 Goodwill Homes 1 outlet had an in-house promo which started last May 1, 2020 and still ongoing with a choice of any three flavored milk tea or fruit teas ( 20 oz) for just Php 199!. According to the staff, the in-house promo is running on an indefinite time period. This is good news for all their patrons and regular buyers!

We also saw some celebrity clientele posted at the freedom board which includes Congressman Alfred Vargas of 5th District of Quezon City, Mr.Rob Sy ( Survivor Philippines season 1- first runner-up), Mr. Carl Bryan Cruz ( PBA draft player), Ms. Maureen Larrazabal ( GMA celebrity) among others.

My nephew ordered their famed taro milk tea, caffe macchiato and black forest. These are just some of his favorite flavors. The store had over 42 milk tea flavors to choose from, rock salt and cheese, frappe among others.

Got to customized the sweetness to just 25% syrup, Which is still quite sweet for my taste. However some would would put as much as 50% syrup on their milk tea.

What i like about the tapioca pearls at their milk tea is that it is bouncy and well-prepared.

Aside from residents of Goodwill Homes 1, they also have customers from Kingspoint Subdivision, Kasiyahan Home, Grand Monaco Villas, San Pedro IX in Barangay Bagbag.  California Village, Sierra Vista in Barangay San Bartolome. Torres Village and even residents from as far as Barangay Nagkaisang Nayon, Caybiga, Damong Maliit and Valenzuela.

Goodwill Homes 1 franchisee stall had a freedom wall, where customers can put their photos, write message and even post their photos. Since the IATF guidelines had been implemented, The branch only allowed take-out and strict social distancing are in place.

The friendly staff are there to lend a helping hand to everyone and quite helpful. Sometimes, I Love Milk Tea Goodwill Homes 1 branch is also referred as Kingspoint branch because of the close proximity.
