Note: For the first time in almost a decade, The technical description  for a  stamp issue was released early.  Due to the mounting clamor of both local and international  philatelists for more updated information about a stamp issuance.  However, This is just half of the battle –  Most of ASEAN member countries ( They have a stamp program for the entire year which are posted in their websites ) Proper distribution of these stamps to all major post offices nationwide must be assured.  The venue of the launching of the stamp is still not reported . As a philatelist,  I hope that the release of the technical description is not for the Jesse Robredo stamp but to all stamps to be issued by the Philpost.
