The company had a campus challenge cook -off in 10 Colleges and Universities around the University -Belt area ( U-BELT is the local term for an area where there is high density of colleges, universities and technical schools hence acquiring the name ) . They are planning to tour 2 more campuses before the end of the school calendar.

Masflex Pro
Masflex Kitchen Pro Culinary Knife Collection is a collaboration between the Brand Managers of Masflex and a renowned Filipino culinary icon, Chef Gene Gonzalez.
Chef DJ Santos
The final brand name is a merging of 2 brand names, Masflex, and Kitchen Pro, which is a brand owned by Chef Gene.

Due to demand for Filipino culinary specialist for both local and international restaurants and hotel chains. The enrollment is increasing every year.
There were 5 teams composed of 3 members The amateur competition had three delectable categories – appetizer, main dish and dessert. Competitors started cooking at 10:00 AM.

Cooked with Jolly Button Mushroom and Jolly Cream of Mushroom Soup sprinkled with chopped parsley
Young Corn & Mushroom Salpicao- sauteed with oyster sauce , Jolly Young Corn and Jolly Button Mushroom, sprinkled with chopped parsley
Fruity Blini- Prepared by using Jolly Fruit Cocktail , caramelized sugar, Jolly Cow Condensada and topped with grated cheese
