World Class Filipino Products at Old Manila Eco Market

World class products and services are the highlights of last sunday’s Old Manila’s Eco Market within Plaza Roma in Intramuros, Manila.

The bazaar and market place attracted over 50 stalls from different parts of the country. A lot of the stall holders are small and medium scale enterprises.

Merchants sells their products in eco-friendly packaging while market-goers are encouraged to bring their own utensils, lunch boxes, and eco bags for their purchases.

Some of the products sold at this stall use old cloths and rewoven to create chairs and bags.

Balay Organiko sells organic hand made soaps at Php 65

Popular handmade soaps includes cucumber, calamansi, turmeric, papaya and others. These are package in small pouch bags.

Dream catcher a small hoop containing a horsehair mesh, or a similar construction of string or yarn, decorated with feathers and beads, believed to give its owner good dreams.  In this case yarn and chicken feathers were used. These are exported in other countries.

Old Manila Eco Market will be open every sunday from 7:00 am to 7:00pm starting  from October 7 to December 30, 2018.

Note : Some of the stall holders featured in this article are not permanent stall holders and also participates in other bazaars .
